Can we realize a high conversion to a roof above the garage? Yes! It was an initial conversation with our customers. Our first visit was asked to have a new vision of some plans that had already been prepared.
The plans are to convert a two-roof garage with a grid roof upstairs. When inspected, existing plans are very complicated and several companies do not see an easy way to turn this roof into a strong budget. The customer needs a space that can have many features, but it doesn't matter so the final price and design must be effective.
A significant proportion of all trussed beams today is Room on Roof
trusses, as they are one of the most economical solutions for adding
rooms to a new house or apartment block. Roof truss rooms can be useful
for commercial or industrial applications, capable of encompassing more
than 8 mm without internal charged bearing walls, and 16 mm with loaded
bearing walls.
